Serve individual.
Standard speed. 6 days or more - $70 per address. 5 attempts. We will run a free skip trace. No charge for notarization or paper amount.
Rush. 2-5 days. $135 per address. 2 attempts minimum.
Same Day. - $175 per address. 1 attempt.
Serve Registered Agent
Our Specialty. We Serve registered agents every single day of the week. Served same day as ordered. Serve registered agent. - $70.
Posting.
They avoid service and they can't be personally served then we post and send a copy by certified mail. Posting and mailing for Rent and Possession or Unlawful Detainer. $40.
Additional person or business at same address
Each additional person or business for the same address is an additional $40.
Defendant evading service?
Is getting the documents to this individual an emergency, but they are evading every other process server? Then you need on-demand Surveillance. As needed surveillance for evasive defendants. 2 hour minimum. $75 per hour. Send us a picture so we can verify that it is them, and even if they refuse to take the paperwork a service by refusal will be performed.
